New Zealand has a range of resorts from major commercial offerings with mellow groomers and massive terrain parks all the way through to tiny, community run ski areas where everyone pitches in to keep the lifts running. Between them, they provide access to some absurdly good inbounds terrain and backcountry riding so good it’s hard to wrap your head around.

This is an incomplete list that we’ll update during breaks this heli-ski season. At the moment it just covers four of the best club ski areas, but we’ll expand this to cover the major commercial resorts and some of the other small club and commercial fields as well.

Craigieburn Valley
